You now have to pass a back ground check just to purchase ammo and if you finish an 80% lower you have to get a serial number, so they can track it.
Oh it gets even better.
Bills the governor signed will:
— Require those who make guns at home to register them with the state and get a serial number so the weapons can be tracked
— Require an ID and background check to purchase ammunition and create a new state database of ammunition owners
— Ban possession of ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 bullets.
— Restrict the loaning of guns without background checks to close family members.
Yeah, new data bases to keep track of you maniacal ammunition buyers and home gun builders. No one in history has ever used one of those for hunting people down and taking their shit, right?
Brown approved bills that would ban the sale of semiautomatic rifles equipped with bullet buttons allowing the ammunition magazines to be easily detached and replaced.
"Bullet Buttons"?
The people who write these laws and the politicians who sign them without reading them are a menace to society.
Politicians by nature are a stupid breed, they ignore every bit of evidence presented to them pointing out that gun laws have zero effect on criminals.
Another magazine ban, those are going to become highly sought after items for those who plan on ignoring the laws.
As California goes, unfortunately some parts of this country follow blindly.
Now is the time to get some 80% lowers and higher capacity magazines then stash them, by hook or by crook.
Fuck those people.
If I hadn't already been and gone from that God Forsaken state, I would be looking for a place to move to today.
