He is a Senior and on the Football team so I can only surmise that this is the handywork of some of his little associates.

I see I am going to have to take some other matters into my own hands though.
I have been threatening to trim those fucking bushes back all Summer and the wife freaks out every time and says she will get it done.

Since it's Football season and she goes out to watch the games every Sunday, me and the shears are going to have a little party of our own.

I decided it would probably be best to go clean that shit up before it got wet, it's supposed to rain around here.
I got lucky it seems, I found almost an entire roll stuck up in the Arbor Vidae.
It could have been worse. I should have taken a picture from the neighbors yard because they really went to town on that side.
While I was out there cleaning it up a local cop drove by, the prick didn't even bother to point and laugh.

He opened two bank accounts to receive the funds and then underreported his income by more than $1.2 million, officials said.

Obama Administration and UN Announce Global Police Force to Fight ‘Extremism’ In U.S.

Couple this news with the recent announcement that Kerry signed that damned U.N. small Arms Treaty and you might start seeing the Larger Picture here.

On Wednesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced at the United Nations that her office would be working in several American cities to form what she called the Strong Cities Network (SCN), a law enforcement initiative that would encompass the globe.

This amounts to nothing less than the overriding of American laws, up to and including the United States Constitution, in favor of United Nations laws that would henceforth be implemented in the United States itself – without any consultation of Congress at all.

The United Nations is a sharia-compliant world body, and Obama, speaking there just days ago, insisted that “violent extremism” is not exclusive to Islam (which it is). Obama is redefining jihad terror to include everyone but the jihadists. So will the UN, driven largely by the sharia-enforcing Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the pro-Islamic post-American President Obama, use a “global police force” to crush counter-jihad forces?

After all, with Obama knowingly aiding al-Qaeda forces in Syria, how likely is it that he will use his “global police force” against actual Islamic jihadists? I suspect that instead, this global police force will be used to impose the blasphemy laws under the sharia (Islamic law), and to silence all criticism of Islam for the President who proclaimed that “the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”

What is a global police force doing in our cities? This is exactly the abdication of American sovereignty that I warned about in my book, The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration’s War on America. The Obama Department of Justice made it clear that it was exactly that when it distributed a press release last week announcing the “Launch of Strong Cities Network to Strengthen Community Resilience Against Violent Extremism.” In that press release, the DoJ complained that “while many cities and local authorities are developing innovative responses to address this challenge, no systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale.”




So if the local and municipal effort to counter the euphemistic and disingenuous “violent extremism” is inadequate and hasn’t developed “systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale,” the feds – and the UN – have to step in. Thus the groundwork is being laid for federal and international interference down to the local level. “The Strong Cities Network,” Lynch declared, “will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration” – i.e., local dependence on federal and international authorities.

Lynch made the global (that is, United Nations) involvement clear when she added: “As we continue to counter a range of domestic and global terror threats, this innovative platform will enable cities to learn from one another, to develop best practices and to build social cohesion and community resilience here at home and around the world.”

It's not bad enough that local police departments have been getting more and more militarized over the years and that they rely on Federal largess much too often, now they want to bring in a World Police.

Massive Gold Market Rigging Scandal About To Break.

What people have been saying for years is about to be laid out for all to see, the Gold market has been manipulated by a world wide collusion between the Feds and some of the biggest banks in the world.

UBS Is About To Blow The Cover On A Massive Gold-Rigging Scandal

 

With countless settlements documenting the rigging of every single asset class, it was only a matter of time before the regulators - some 10 years behind the curve as usual - finally cracked down on gold manipulation as well, even though as we have shown in the past, central banks in general and the Fed in particular are among the biggest gold manipulators.
That said, we are confident by now nobody will be surprised that there was manipulation going on in the gold casino. In fact, ever since Germany's Bafin launched a probe into Deutsche Bank for gold and silver manipulation, it has been very clear that the only question is how many banks will end up paying billions to settle the rigging of the gold market (with nobody going to prison as usual, of course).

.....unlike previous gold probe cases, this one will actually have consequences.
How do we know?
Because just like in LIBOR-gate, just like in FX-gate, it is the biggest rat of all, Swiss megabank UBS, that is about to turn on its former criminal peers.
As Bloomberg reported earlier "UBS was granted conditional leniency in Swiss antitrust probe of possible manipulation of precious metal prices, a person with knowledge of the matter said."
Bloomberg adds that the "bank may face lower fine than six other banks and financial firms suspected in probe or may avoid penalty altogether, person says."
Why would UBS do this? The same reason UBS did so on at least on two prior occasions: the regulators have definitive proof it is involved, and gave it the option to turn evidence and to rat out its cartel peers, or face even more massive financial penalties.
UBS promptly chose the former, and took the opportunity to minimize yet another key civil (and criminal) market manipulation charge against it, especially after it was already branded a "criminal recidivist" between Libor, FX and, of course, the tax evasion scandal: one more manipulation scandal and the bank could well lose its license to operate in NYC.
Which simply means that now the official countdown on the announcement of what will be revealed as the biggest gold-manipulation and rigging scandal in history, has begun.

Like Taylor Durden says above though, ain't nobody gonna go to jail for this either, further proof that laws are for little people so just shut your mouth and get back to work peon.

He states earlier in the piece that there have been multiple lawsuits filed in this country alleging this price fixing so someone is going to be getting their checkbooks out again down the road.

What is unclear here though is how The Fed is going to keep their asses out of the fire when it's all said and done.

What is clear though is that these financial institutions are an ongoing criminal enterprise that is world wide.

The LIBOR rate fixing scandal proved that they were all in cahoots to screw everyone over to make money, this shows that they are still doing it, consequences be damned, because they are going to pay whatever financial penalties they recieve out of the profits they have made by screwing everyone over in the first place. So, there is absolutely no incentive for them to stop their crooked ways,

Breaking News, Mass Shooting At Roseburg Ore Community College

Jesus, Roseburg is a small town in Southwest Oregon I used to live in.
From what I am hearing there are ten dead and twenty wounded.
The hospital there is in no way prepared for this kind of situation so they are life flighting some of the wounded to Springfield/Eugene 90 miles away and hauling them in ambulances.

They are showing pictures of the police searching the students back packs now that it's over, that's some fine police work there, Lou.
I'm waiting to hear what happened to the sick fuck who was doing the shooting.


I will update this as I get more information.

It appears the body count is climbing as some of the wounded have died en route to the hospital, I am hearing 15 dead now.

Update 2,

The police wouldn't let anyone take their cars home and have bussed everyone to the Douglas County Fair Grounds.

We were there last Summer for a concert.

Supposedly the shooter is in custody, no word on age, sex, condition.

The wife just turned off the local news coverage because as usual, when they don't have any real facts to report they resort to inane questions posed to other people who don't have a fucking clue as to what's going on. At one point they were interviewing some woman from Kentucky of all places who had a Niece there!
Then they were trolling Twitter for fucks sake.
I'm sure the National news crews will have more info than these clueless fucks here shortly.

Apparently the asshole doing the shooting is dead too.

The attorney general said the shooter was killed in the melee at Umpqua Community College near Roseburg, Ore., KGW-TV reports.

“It is believed there is only one shooter who is no longer a threat,” Oregon State Police said in a statement. “There is no current threat to the community.”

Kortney Moore, 18, told News Review-Today that she in her Writing 115 class in Snyder Hall when one shot came through a window. She said she saw her teacher get shot in the head.

The shooter was inside at that point, and he told people to get on the ground, Moore told the newspaper. The shooter was asking people to stand up and state their religion and then started firing, Moore said..

A witness at the scene in Roseburg said the male shooter was shot by police and was acting alone, according The Register-Guard of Eugene. The report could not be immediately confirmed.
